AAT Appeals
AAT stands for “Administrative Appeals Tribunal” is an independent merits review court of law that assesses administrative decisions by government that includes
- Migration Decisions – A range of visa refusal and cancellations
- Refugee Decisions – Mostly onshore protection refusals.
- Character-related refusal decisions, certain cancellation decisions and citizenship refusal decisions.
The AAT takes on an unbiased investigation and the department or minister is not represented.

FCCA stands for “Federal Circuit Court of Australia” is an independent Federal court of records and a court of law and equality. The jurisdiction of the FCCA broadly includes family law and child support, administrative law, admiralty law, bankruptcy, copyright, human rights, industrial law, migration, privacy, and trade practices.
